Shipping and Delivery

We are excited to send you your ARGO Cargo Kit. We currently offer our product to most countries around the world. And we have tried to keep shipping costs low by making the box as small as possible. 

WHY TWO VERSIONS OF THE ARGO?

They are identical in all ways except one. The ARGO Cargo Kit ships from our warehouse in the United States. The European ARGO Cargo Kit ships from Vienna, Austria. The reason we did this is to eliminate the customs fees that a customer would experience if we were to ship from the United States to Europe.  

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?

In order to calculate shipping, head over to our product page and add the number of cargo kits you desire. After entering in your shipping address, our shopping cart will calculate your shipping costs. Typically, in the US, shipping will be $50 and in the EU shipping will be €75.

If you want to pick up an ARGO from us directly, we happen to be in Denver, CO USA. Let us know ahead of time and we will provide you with a free shipping coupon. 

For people outside of the EU and the United States, there is also MyUS.com. The idea is that you have a MyUS address to send the ARGO and they will then send it to you in your country. The info you need is that the ARGO box is 41"x10"x25", 56 lbs or 104x25x63cm, 25kg. 

For domestic and Canadian orders, we use FedEx Ground.
-Delivery times are from 1 to 6 business days.

For international orders, we ship via DHL International.
-Delivery times are from 3 to 7 business days.



HOW MUCH WILL I BE TAXED IN MY COUNTRY?

Because taxes vary in different countries, we cannot provide additional information for you regarding how much you will be taxed. 

We can tell you that the Harmonization Code we provide to DHL for VAT/Customs calculation is 8712.00.35.
